The annual Foundation Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025. All proceeds will benefit the Woodrow Wilson Foundation, Inc. A reception for our sponsors will be held from 7-10pm the night of the event.
The Woodrow Wilson Foundation, Inc. (the Foundation) is a not for profit, 501(c)(3) organization, committed to supporting the students, teachers and administrators of Woodrow Wilson Middle School through curriculum and technology support as well as campus maintenance and beautification. The annual Foundation Fundraiser is the Foundation’s primary fundraiser in support of these efforts. The Foundation was established to raise money to support the preservation of Woodrow Wilson Middle School. Our Fundraising success has allowed us to expand our scope to include academic support, technology purchases, campus security and campus beautification. Through the years, we have funded numerous beautification projects, such new paint inside and outside the school as well as all new landscaping for the front of the school. We also continue to invest in the technology at the school and we recently partnered with the county to purchase laptops to ensure all students have their own device for school use. Thanks to the generosity of last year’s donors, the 2024–2025 project—an expansive awning over the student bike rack—is now complete, giving protection and comfort to over 200 daily riders. Your support helped turn that vision into a reality. This year, we’re unveiling something even bigger. For 2025–2026, our mission is to completely transform the school’s cafeteria and outdoor student dining spaces—turning them into vibrant, welcoming areas that reflect the spirit and potential of our student body.
